House rules

● Same-day check-in from 17:00; otherwise, Check-in at 15:00. Check-out at 10:00.
● Easy-peasy self check-in!
● If we need to visit, we'll knock thrice. If no answer and we figured that you are not inside, we’ll step in to handle it.
● Towels and sheets set up according to your reservation (1 per guest).
● City life = potential noise 7am-7pm (not daily, not weekends).
● Respect our neighbors: no loud music after 23:00, lock up, and switch off electricity.
● No smoking (fire detector in place!)
● No unapproved late check-outs. $100 fee if ignored.
● Lost elevator key? $25 to replace.
● No bikes, e-bikes and scooters inside; charge outside only.
● The price shown on Airbnb refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Other guests, or guests who don't present a copy of their border control and government-issued ID, will be asked to pay an additional 18% VAT.

Other things to note

• This is a 40 SQM apartment. Includes: 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 2 private sun balconies.
• Elevator can reach freely up to the 5th floor, or can be reached to the 6th floor using a key.
• The 6th floor is a PRIVATE area shared with another Airbnb apartment and there is a small shared corridor for both.
• The apartment itself is private, can obviously be locked with a key, and the sun balconies are completely private as well.
• Please note the sofa has been changed and is my few gray colored. It is still a sofa bed good for 2 people.
• Please note, this year will be accompanied by a lot of infrastructure work and railway construction in our area so there may be noises and disturbances during your stay, not on weekends. Apologies in advance for the noise.
• The final price refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Israeli passport holders, or guests who don't present a copy of their border control pass and passport, will be charged an additional 18% VAT.
